  1. Hypothetical. Yes . But it needs an answer ! . If, like a Fiji/ myanmar, the army takes over & those with enough money get out . Leaving a lot of ' refugees ' waiting many years to seek happiness elsewhere. spacesailor PS. : NZ now has a Maori court system, as we as the Pakiha courts .
  2. One important question ! . if Aboriginal Sovereignty happens . Will all the none native citizens, be allowed to claim Refugee status !. If they do not want to live in an Aboriginal Sovereignty. After all it was not what this country enticed us to come here originally. spacesailor
  3. Not blooodi working . Just look at our appalling ' road fatality rate ' . spacesailor

  6. How can we have conciliation , when one party does not Obey any known law's . Now with the voice , there's a wedge driven between the Aboriginal & the immigrant faction . Two tribes ! . Will it end badly, ( for democracy ) . spacesailor
  7. Keep that ceremony! . But get rid of the ' smoking ' fire . Especially on " fire banned " days. Not all of those hundreds of tribes do it . Also these days . The same applies to the " olypic flame " . If the " fire. Ban " is in force . No flame/ smoke , No exceptions. spacesailor
  8. How about ! . Refusing to tell the judge, who fired the gun . five years imprisonment . Then deportation . true story . Today it doesn't make Google. spacesailor
  9. Now they're after the interest on your " term deposits " . The revenu'rs have taken most of my daughters interest as ' unearned income ' . Now that sucks. spacesailor pS. : saving for a " gallbladder " operation .
  10. You can force people to sell assets. An example is/ was the farmer's widow . Her local council put her rates at a very steep rate to force her to sell acreage to pay the rates . Probably that lady is now in a ' nursing home . I could give away her location. But will only say ! . Lake Macquarie NSW spacesailor PS. : they wanted that large parcel of land to start a suburb. It was sold to people to build private dwellings . In the same area a council sold land with a " no build clause " ( not even a caravan slab ). spacesailor
  11. I only see the connection, after I've seen the answer . spacesailor
  12. But Jakarta , would love the chance of housing paying guests . Look at the upgrade to 'it's' prison system if they could get one of those fat contracts. spacesailor
  13. Economically. ! . It makes sense to stop the reoffending . this present system has great cost & isn't working . Can you see a better way of rehabilitation. At lower cost to the taxpayer . spacesailor
  14. How about ( the cheapest option ) sending all longterm Prisoners, to a third world country to serve their term there . Australia pay's a good ( by their standards ) payment for the length of the prisoners term . If the prisoner dies , no more payments . It's the same as now ,' contracted ' prisons . spacesailor PS. : long term prisoners are sometimes deported after Their time served . So no rehabilitation.
  15. I just got a quote on a used 24 volt 620 ah battery at $1,139 , With a two year warranty. Sounds OK to me . At the moment I have a stack of used truck type batteries for my garage inverter . Plus three brand new 4X4 batteries. Not enough for a house , the first ( 72 v ) was too heavy To work with . spacesailor
  16. Big V8 go pretty fast on the straights , out of town . Of course, it wasn't city centre to city centre, Gold Coast & Parramatta. May make a difference ! . spacesailor
  17. Crumple zone packaging . spacesailor
  18. From Sydney to Brisbane used to take 81/2 hours . Now it's 2 days . I have done it just under that magic eight . Shuuss , don't tell the revenuer's . spacesailor
  19. I have been offered a ' forklift battery ' 72 v for $1 000 it had one 2volt crook cell . it would have been rejig'd to24 volt with the amp-hour tripled. It would have been just the ticket to run the essentials . But as a " low income " home we do not qualify for any Solar grants . spacesailor
  20. A The others aren't square . spacesailor
  21. The .other's are the charities. Iv'e had a couple lately asking for a monthly eft payment. " so sorry , no bankcard ". they won't take cash .so miss-out on even 50c . spacesailor

  23. When the decommission ' coal fired ' power stations . The land could be utilised for nuclear a fuelled power station . then all those obsolete ' rail sidings ' could be used to house our politicians. spacesailor
  24. Optus told their customer , to make an ( imho ) an illegal police report of theft . Then tried to charge me $80 To unlock 'this' Optus customer's stolen phone . spacesailor
  25. I got caught too . Friend of a friend bought a phone in Dubbo from Optus . but, there's no Optus in Wellington . Returned & was told to buy Telsa sim . Second month , they have two bills , as Optus wouldn't cancel their useless account .I bought it & cancelled both accounts. Alas, that didn't work . The Optus still sent billing to original purchasers. Optus told them to report phone as stolen to cancel all accounts . Leaving me with a stolen phone . That was in use with Optus before it was stolen . I could have paid $80 dollars to Optus to get it released . But stuff it . Those carrier's are just after your money & will sell you anything to get you hooked . spacesailor
