    Agreed. As an example. My daughters mini was driven in a ' gravel carport ' with the rear wheels locked . That mechanic didn't want to pass the WOF as he couldn't stop the ' front wheel drive vehicle ' by the hand-brake . He also broke the ' clevis pin ' on the brake pedal. Which my daughter found out when stopping Behind another car . After picking up her car with a one hour old WOF that I had just Paid for & witnessed the 'handbrake' stupidity. spacesailor

    It is. Just not were you want it ! . A church at the back of Dubbo went home for under $30,00 . On 25 acres of land . Someone bought it & resold that church for $35,000 On 5 acres . Queensland, they sold cattle paddocks at $ 1,000 an acre .( n o livestock allowed ) now has dairy cattle on those " chemical " crop dusted fields . spacesailor

    onetrack 5 kilometres from the city should be good . I live 40 kilometres from Sydney city . Still on ' copper-cable ' . And can't get through one month without a maintenance or other outage . From day one . No recompense for loss of service . Even after 4 days . spacesailor

    I tried to teach my grandies about savings . I gave $50 into the " St George " school saving account , for each . Only to lose it all when they turned a certain age , And didn't transfer the $hundreds to a standard account. spacesailor

    No council in Australia will give FREE electricity.. Especially to the wealthier end of town . My granddaughter bought a ' Hybrid ' solely because she can't put a ' charging point ' , in a " state housing " building . spacesailor

    Just a thought. When the " card cost " is added to the bottom of the bill . The law must be broken. As GST has to be added to the the total . not a " service charge " . Another item to be caught by GST: DOUBLE TAX . spacesailor
