I ask , as my neighbours Tesla gets a full charge once a week from his employer . Only saw a couple of " home " charging times . I would be " home " charging permanently .     ICE cars are over complicated. With engine " computer "/ gearbox / steering / breaks . All with separate modules, then seats are now computerised, I almost forgot the " climate control " . Not even a key to start that motor or the door to sit in the car . spacesailor

    In that case my daughter couldn't have the X in her garage as it's too low and too narrow. Cannot open the doors fully to get out easily, the passenger, gets out before driving into , Plus you can't reverse a wagon in , as the garage far end has the staircase taking a piece of the upper one third , Of the back wall . spacesailor

    Noise ! . I have had " extractors " fitted to the wife's Pajero . As everyone was saying , it was noisy, with a hole in the exhaust. At certain revs ( 4500 & 5000 rpm ) I now hear the exhaust note clearly. So to my damaged ears , it is noisier. spacesailor

    I meant " electric cloths dryers ". Even worse would be no dinner ware & cutlery. With-out your " dishwasher " , my wife's dishwasher has been working for 60 ish years . ( me ) . spacesailor
