I have enquired, two Electrical companies have both declined to even suggest, an alternative company , to undertake an update of my main-board , to have that ELCB ,that was supposed to be mandatory. One stuck a sticker for ' asbestos ' in the box . " smart arse " as two others said it's not the original asbestos panel. And was safe . ( the last sparky pulled it off. ) but still no ELCB . spacesailor PS : I did get a big electrical shock from my old compressor. Before putting it into the " garbo truck . -

A lot of ' poorer ' people are refused bail . As their lawyers don't seem to care when working for poor pay. They seem to stay in jail longer before bail application. Also less chance of getting acquitted. Than a wealthier crook. We , often see, on the media , of wealthier crooks getting ' community service' instead of Jail time . spacesailor

Out here in this city suburbia. An empty block incurs, land tax, unimproved valuation rates, water charges , sewerage charges. And if have the adjacent block with house & pool, you have to pay penalty water rates , for excessive water use. I told one owner to have the water put on the spare block, just for the pool filling & car washing . Saved lots of money & arguments over those pool parties , as well as washing friends cars . spacesailor

Untamed trailer!. In NZ a company , made a tow hitch with a large friction disc to combat swaying when towing . I went to their demo . And . The caravan was badly loaded, with almost flat tyres . The Oldies have long-ago learned to live ( within their pp-pension ) , so do not qualify for subsidised solar . Who got the first for those big rebates .
