    Red keep at it. I'm up to 2 ks . So easy on that good arm , but oh so hard to keep pumping the crook arm . Two or three times daily. When I started , I couldn't lift my empty hand , above my shoulder. Had to use the other hand to assist. spacesailor

    I tried those steroid injections, but they don't work for me . they tell me they're painful . But I hardly feel it going in, & I watch the procedure. Spacesailor

    I wish ! . I use the weaker left arm for everything now . I broke the skiny bone in the forearm, the elbow & tore the muscle/ tendons with the " rotator " something in the shoulder . All in one hit . ( into the prone position on the road ) . spacesailor

    The first Ford V4 & V6 were faulty , as their heads were higher than the radiator, and when stopped, the water boiled of those cylinder heads. spacesailor

    One factory I worked for spent $ 5,000, 000 .yes 5 million. Just to replace one worker at $ 30,000 PA . you do the maths . 2 workers now doing 12 hour shifts instead of 3 worker's 8 hour shifts . That 5mil upgrade lasted , 5 years before it was scrap'd . Should have paid the workers more . spacesailor

    Hearing Aid ! . Just had my ears checked, they have lost a little more then last year . They told me " using my hearing aid helps retain the hearing & lessons rhe chance of dementia " . So I have one in , just in case they're right . Might even put the other one in later . spacesailor
