  2. True, and then use the hydrogen for generation. I may well be wrong but I think the range and lifespan of EV makes hydrogen cars unnecessary.
  3. EVs are already mass produced. I think hydrogen cars may be the Betamax to EV's VHS.

Our neighbour's son is Inigo. They also have an Oscar and a Felix, and coincidentally, 2 other families in our street also have an Oscar and a Felix, in that age order.
  6. Apparently Obama once said there were three things that he wished the US had that Australia does... Medicare, gun control and compulsory voting.

  20. Very nice. Lot of skill there.
  21. Given I've never heard of a man giving birth, by that logic men should be barred from voting on it too. Good idea!
  22. Not to mention the irony of complaining that Latino's don't "pull out" and have too many babies, while simultaneously dismantling abortion laws and trying to keep women home in the kitchen and bedroom.
  23. It's a tradition bound up with a lot of dodgy history - these days (hopefully) usually entered because of love, but historically more to do with property/money rights, political/social power, shame (eg preggers)... some cultures the parties haven't even met before the wedding. My wife and I are married, reasonably happily - but I do wonder what the future will look like. "Thruples" and polyamory is becoming more widespread as the cultural imperative to have the same partner for life reduces. When you think of it, love and attraction are not limited to one person (even at a time) - so if shame and jealousy were removed then all sorts of combinations are possible.
