There are heaps of good musicians out now. Whatever bands you love from the past, there'd be people doing the same genres now (and in some cases doing them better). I'm the same - stuck in the 80's and 90's, love Metallica / Guns & Roses / AC/DC / Led Zeppelin etc etc... but have heard some ripper covers. Five Finger Death Punch are a modern-ish fave, their version of "House of the Rising Sun" is fantastic.

It doesn't matter what he does, they will not charge him. We have the incredible situation that a greedy sociopath convicted felon is given a position that he can abuse in a thousand different ways to profit himself and his cronies, without fear of consequence.

Told you. Delusions of grandeur (delusions of adequacy, in his case). Next he'll have a funny hairstyle and little hands... oh wait

That's interesting. So all football/cricket fields should have their name changed from "oval" to "ellipse"? -

Maybe the Dublin city council should modify Molly's cleavage to do the same. They'd make a fortune!

Most governments are better than Trump's. He's put the US on a downward slope and eventually even the sycophantic idiots who love him are going to realise it. @old man emu you're right there - who profits? From every action Trump takes you can see his aim is to take away money from those who need it most and give it to those who need it least. Your average hillbilly Trumpist isn't out there working the share market.

Keep him away from the girls or you may find yourself a great-great-grandfather. The breeding gene is obviously strong in your line.

Widespread battery takeup would reduce load on the grid, so there wouldn't be the need for expensive peak gas generation, reducing power bills for people without battery too. ABC had an article about it. -

I hope you mean a metre. Can't imagine any shark large enough to take a human beaching themselves in 305mm of water. -
How about Trump pay for the effects on the world's economies? To mangle Winston Churchill's quote... "Never in the history of mankind has so much been owed, to so many, by one dickhead".

Just like Germany, 1936. The parallels are getting more and more obvious.

Labor are now saying they'll subsidize 30% of a home battery, that will probably tip the scales for us. -

It's great... if he doesn't mind cold water. Even at the peak of summer water temperature is only around 17 degrees. -

Went for a snorkel off Coningham this morning (bloody freezing - 8 degrees on land and felt like not much more in the water) - and my wife got to try out our new waterproof camera. Despite the cold - hanging out with all the little fish was amazing. Schools and schools of them. Plus the occasional big wrasse.
