I'm pretty certain some ICE cars are called high Performance also and have restrictions on who can drive them. You don't see electric cars doing silly things on the roads as it reduces your range. (Well, I've NEVER seen one so far). They don't make any Broom Broom noises to show off. either. Where's this hill that 80 Kms and uphill ALL the way??
