Some being replaced are smaller than Later versions. Maybe the site is worth it. Designs improve or perhaps they were cheapies Nev.

I have no idea how to cook a dish, either..Nev

Keep it up. Nev

They can last Longer than that, but sometimes a Newer one is a better Product. Nev

If you'd Woken the dead, you would have Made Big Headlines.. Nev

There was no "OFF Market" trading involved, but I never bought CBA on Principle. Plenty of others did and did OK. I believed WE already owned it., Nev

Ask the question specifically and you will get the answer I got. I also recall Howard recommending it.. The Last 50% is significant in terms of losing control. It would NOT have been Popular with Laborites. I'm NO admirer of Hawke at all. Nev

Wind FARMs should be called "Wind Energy Harvesters" . They don't use the soil as nutrient, You can still farm the area at the same time. They don't CAUSE wind. Nev

One track It was the HOWARD Gov't the sold off the Last 50% of the CBA. Look it up. Nev

Howard is Pretty Much solely responsible for encouraging Money into houses as the Best Investment. He also sold the People's Bank to the People. "Honest" John Has a Lot to answer for. Nev

Private homes are paid for by already taxed Money and NOTHING deductible. To retrospectively change the rules would not be taxing. it would be Confiscation of an asset by deception as a lot of it's VALUE is because of Inflation, with No deductions for ANYTHING Interest rates, council rates, repairs. insurance along the way. How unfair would that Be? . Over long periods of time the dwelling becomes valueless and only the Land makes it worth anything, Many Houses just get pushed over. An empty lot would be worth More. It costs Money to demolish and tidy up.. When you rent, you know exactly what it will cost you. If the neighbours are from Hell you can Just Move without Paying crazy amounts of Money . If you are the kind of Person that Moves a lot, Owning a House is the One thing you Might consider NOT doing. They can tie you down and absorb all your spare cash.. Most are Now on tiny Blocks where there is Nothing but the House and car garage. You can't fit between the walls of your Place and next door. Ticky Tacky little boxes all in a row.. How depressing. Nev

Only in USA and Canada. Called the "short", ton. Normal ton is 2240 Lbs.

Were they all related? There's NO privacy in small towns. Can be very Boring also, and hard to get things done. Everything costs More and woe Betide you IF you are different. You have to travel for education, or specialist Medical services. No good Jobs for the Kids. Nev

Inflation negates capital Gains. Nev

Mispronunciations. Nev

YouTube is not a University. Most of itis unreliable. Watch it if you want entertainment and are bored with your Life. Life is short. Nev

Off Topic. How easy it is. Nev

We have some of the Biggest Houses in the world and they Produce Nothing. Factories Produce things. Abbot and Hockey Booted the Auto Makers out quite unceremoniously, and the accessories Industry disappeared over night.. with it. Abbot said they should get 'DECENT' Jobs. What a Twerp. Nev

As long as you deduct the amount equalling the rate of Inflation over the Period under consideration , it's fair. The rich can afford tax dodges. Nev

The point of that was , Putting a Price on CARBON was not a tax, but don't let the TRUTH ruin your story. Nev

It's NOT a good Legal aspect. There's always plenty of discussion around it in ' Rights' circles. I thought the reason would be obvious. You wouldn't put a lower speed sign in and the Book people who went over that speed at an earlier time.. or change a notified burn off time . It's NOT FAIR (or reasonable) as I said.. Nev

Some of this stuff is very Long term and hard to re run. The time is Not there. It's not fair make something illegal today that wasn't yesterday and retrospectively apply it. . Nev

The LIES bit is being overblown and changed circumstances (Not of their Making) forced them to do something different. There are exemptions and grandfathering , so check the whole thing out. A LOT of unforeseen things Have Happened SINCE the election. They reacted and that's what should have happened IF they do the responsible thing in the CHANGED circumstances. We are getting through the Fuel situation Pretty well. (and Plenty of other things). Nev

To grow wheat, you Need Moisture deep in the soil. Growers Pick the years they sow. You don't want rain Late in the cycle. ALL Farmers are gamblers. Nev

A lot of FILL and obfuscation in that answer. Transparency is what is required. I suggest there's no more corruption in Politics than most other things like Banks, etc. Politicians are very Public figures. I wouldn't like to be One and Have to put up with all the BS, Slander and lack of any private Life. Their tenure is only till the next election. You could make more money other ways in a lot of cases. They are Not overpaid . Nev
