    It's the nuclear power stations that need lot's of cooling. It's cooler under solar panels than if the panel wasn't there as energy has been removed. On HOT days the solar panels are LESS efficient. Nev

    Some suppliers do have a trick where if you go into a period of high demand you get rated at the high cost figure for ALL of that time. Suppliers pay a lot for top up power. but it's a bit shonky and skewed In their favour. There are quite a few suppliers I wouldn't touch unless they are the only ones around. Avoid THEM if you're even 1/2 smart.. Nev

    I've had them since they first came out. Get a supplier you can TRUST. That's the best move you can make. Used the right way they can do things that are good for the system. and the users. (cost wise) . Nev
