Yeah I've had them AND Frogs Legs ( which taste Like chicken) The French prepared snails are Garliccy and done with a lot of Care but Spanish ones are not so attractively Presented. I can't see any good reason why snails would not be OK to eat. . Look where eggs come from. I've tried Cheval (Horse) but the Jury is Out on that one for ME.
