1. "Turkey's democracy must be respected and Berlin is supporting the elected government in Ankara, German Chancellor Angela Merkel's spokesman said on Saturday after an attempted coup by a faction of the Turkish military". Oh but it's ok to de-stabilise and send money and arms into the Ukraine against the democratically elected Government starting a civil war the moment they dumped your deal and went Pro-Russia.
2. x 2 for brilliant!
3. Anyone ever stopped to wonder why there's handicapped parking spots at Churches ...
4. My business for many years was next to Moss St, Slacks Creek, a famous automotive small business area, of who I knew many personally and many of those small business owners agree with many things Hanson has to say, but not all. That would include me, I however do not believe Hanson herself is the vehicle to carry those values and hence I didn't give her my vote. I did encourage people to understand what she was actually on about though and decide for themselves. She was responsible for making both ALP and the Libs at the time change some of their policies and answer to some much tougher questions she raised, and is one of the few Independents who has ever had that much influence. Those Moss St small business owners certainly weren't ferals or idiots either and your inability to expand further than baseless name calling doesn't exactly put yourself into a good light.
5. So no examples of racism by Hanson, you can't because they don't exist, ok, I'll give you a task based on this statement; Examples of her "beating up on Asians", thanks.
6. People who are incapable of even basic debate or willingness to appreciate someone else's view, even if they disagree with it.
7. Unlike a few here, when I watch anything or anybody, I go in neutrally. Hanson has rarely been given a fair go except by Laurie Oakes and a few others. "fair go" probably means not continually have loaded "have you stopped beating your wife" questions thrown at you and actually allowing a person to explain themselves without interruption. - and in fairness, Hanson isn't the only one who gets that treatment, I find the Australian Press deplorable in general and extremely biased seemingly based on their own individual preference of Party. Your fairly mouthy on the subject FT, here's a challenge for you; Name something racist that Pauline Hanson has said or done. And while you're at it, explain to me why worldwide the Hansons, the Trumps and the Brexits are not only gaining ground, in many instances, by the numbers, they are overtaking.
8. Yup, try a dozen oysters kilpatrick for a kick.
9. Yaw going to hell Mate, eating shellfish! Leviticus 11:9-12King James Version (KJV) 9 These shall ye eat of all that are in the waters: whatsoever hath fins and scales in the waters, in the seas, and in the rivers, them shall ye eat. 10 And all that have not fins and scales in the seas, and in the rivers, of all that move in the waters, and of any living thing which is in the waters, they shall be an abomination unto you: 11 They shall be even an abomination unto you; ye shall not eat of their flesh, but ye shall have their carcases in abomination. 12 Whatsoever hath no fins nor scales in the waters, that shall be an abomination unto you.
10. That would be fine if I was an atheist but by claiming to have a position might be construed as being on the other side of the fence, when there is no fence at all, zilch, nothing, nada.
11. The ones they had made in China had melamine substituted for Christ's blood apparently.
12. Oh My God, tell me this isn't true ... Vatican reeling as DNA tests show communion wafers contain 0% Christ
13. I think their position should be put into complete context from the website ... Islam - Policy | Pauline Hanson's One Nation And no I would not agree to $50 mil being spent on a RC. Please note that there was a pretty strong following for a $100 mil referendum on Gay Marriage so an Islam RC seems cheap relative, but no to both anyway. It ain't rocket science, some countries that Oz manufacturers export to require Halal certification, otherwise the scam that's currently running that's increasing the cost of those foods sold in Australia needs to be banned, as it's currently conducted through Private hands. I don't agree with One Nation's methodolgy, but agree with the general theme. You're just slagging for the sake of slagging here. I don't understand that one either, does seems silly on the surface. Hey I might do something radical like actually ask them for clarification and gain some understanding of why their position on it, and how it came about, imagine that. A lot who are smart enough to run small business, a very strong area of support for ONP.
14. I did some contract problem solving work for a mob that had big Cat diesels and a genny inside a container that was planted on old rubbish dumps to power them (methane). At least 20 years ago, can't remember their name but was in Brissy.
15. It's like being called a "racist" if you called Adam Goodes an idiot .... no, Adam Goodes is just an idiot.
16. I have some Far Left American friends (True!) who know Moore well, one previously working with him in the same office. They say He is a really lovely guy, genuine, caring and a great friend ... ... they won't watch his docos either
17. It's like any opinion, you take what you want from it and also dismiss what you want. The whole doco is mostly a shallow time waste, just the Portugese drug laws and the overtone about what might be construed as modern slavery I thought were rather interesting and relevant to this thread's theme.
18. There's some interesting things said in Michael Moore's "Where do we invade next" doco relevant to this topic, worth the watch (otherwise boring) for the Portugul drug laws and the overtone of how modern slavery against Blacks works.
19. I got quite the shock actually living in various NSW upper Newell Hwy towns for weeks at a time while exploratory drilling. I think others should do the same before forming an opinion on the subject, quite an eye opener. My ex-Mother in Law is Dutch, devoted Catholic and after her husband died she immersed herself in the Church. She was a children's special needs carer for most of her life in Australia. With these skills the Church sent her to a mid WA homestay something or rather where she was one of the live in carers for about 20 - 30 Aborigine teens. After 2 years she had had enough and this reasonably loving and caring women with 20 odd years experience of caring for difficult and handicapped kids, well simplistically, she hated their guts. I don't know all the ins and outs, although words such as lazy, dirty, violent, thieves were used, just the result.
20. We just had an election, did you see anything remotely like this come up? A certificate of marriage for Gays or a $100 family rebate are critical issues we should all be dwelling on, aren't they?
21. That's what humans do, not "whites" exclusively by any stretch, and have been doing it for eternity to expand their own kind, Spanish, Mongols, Normans, Germanics, Vikings, Romans ect, ect. You can damn those who would do these acts today, now that our cultures have changed to those standards, but that's the way it was before for which you have not only benefited, but that you even exist today. Well I think you first need a country that's governed properly to get those values back into place. When people themselves are struggling, such as housing and trying to survive week to week as many do now, it's quite natural for them to go into selfish survival mode and look down at helping anyone else.
22. Imagine telling the truth, obviously a radical right wing, Pauline Hanson fan.
23. "Bloody Scientists" form opinions, and true science is only ever a temporary, but usually repeatable opinion while further discovery is attempted and continued. Mostly everything a scientists does is based on a constant and everything about Science is judged by other scientists from their own research, which they do with constants (or control). To have a constant, you must know both sides of that constant hence for the climate change you must have people offering opposing findings. We wouldn't be where we are today unless scientists performed their duty true to science of which currently a lot of climate change science isn't, i.e. without bias. Oh, and nobody actually knows how gravity works and Fleming actually gave up on penicillin as not viable, luckily others took it up but wasn't seen for something like 20 years later. Also literally all his scientist peers and doctors denied his research on anti-septics, killing many along the way. Plenty of it actually, just no money or votes in it and besides, you get called names if you mention any of it, kind of like a Pauline Hanson discussion.
24. I wouldn't like to see 50 mil spent on a RC but there does need to be some checks put in place for the previous BILLIONS Australian Political Parties have thrown at it in order to look good, blindly in some instances. The reaction for Abbott to dare spend 4 million, remember that's out of BILLIONS, note the emphasis there, a measly 4 million (relative, did I mention BILLIONS?) for a team for opposing views to get some balance was disgusting. I want my money spent properly and wisely, not on "Social Guilt Vote Grabs" thanks of which Global Warming has been a God's send (one of them) for major Political Parties, or is it Climate Change now, whatever. Oh and, Ha, Ha! Pauline Hanson got a seat. Please accept that in the most childish way directly aimed at those with sanctimonious'ism (new word there ). BILLIONS, not millions, of your money virtually gone unchecked, greatest scam to hit this planet since Elvis Presley's death.
