VERY OFF TOPIC. . . Immigration in Europe. .
bexrbetter replied to Phil Perry's topic in General Discussion
Rather than just ignorantly reposting something you read somewhere, you really should research what you post first because you now look like a goose. Stalin trained as a Priest and Che, Castro were Catholics - just for starters. Mind you it's a good analogy of someone who reads the bible and just instantly believes what he reads. The interesting thing about these murderers, they all have a similar ideal, they were all poverty stricken while growing up and were affected by seeing the abysmal way that the rich and wealthy "church going, god fearing" elite treated the masses - oh the irony. Oh this again, go live in one of those countries sometime. Never been there but I used to read this crap about China too. I will get to NK in due time, almost went this year, will have a look and decide for myself rather than rally to the whims of the USA. -

Not at all, I have no problem with segregation which is pretty much how it was until various interest groups decided to destabilise everything. I'd like to see it get back to that point. But tell me what you think is going to happen on this planet when we get to 20 (whatever) billion people that just might happen in your lifetime? -

Actually guys, in all seriousness this current attempt to quell the masses rage is blatantly some of the worst astroturfing I have ever seen in social media, please don't fall for it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Astroturfing I am not saying don't agree with it, I'm simply asking you to make your own minds up - but be very aware that you are currently being steered by it, it being the "ISIL is weak and they want you to hate Muslims for their benefit so love Muslims instead" line. Look around you and notice how many articles based on this foundation are attacking your thought process currently. -

China? Which China are you referring to, shirley not the China that has never attacked another country in history? China wants nothing to do with this shite, only America has constantly bleated on about the big red threat (whatever) to make you think there's some issue. Most Chinese are baffled by it, have no idea what it's all about and just want others to "Fx off" and leave them alone to their own business - which apparently America finds impossible to do. I would put Russia not so far from that attitude as well. Apparently America needs a constant threat possibly to make a lot of Arms Manufacturers, Politicians and Generals filthy rich, that's all I can think of, thank goodness for Israel. Shameful that many Americans are still homeless after Hurricane Katrina 10 years ago, a bill that could have been covered by a month's Miltary budget. -

Patently not true. About 85% of Musilms are Sunni's who hold exactly the same beliefs regardless if they act upon them (radicals) or not (moderates), worse still, they hold strict beliefs according to and will act upon the word of God without any binding of human reasoning. The Shia have problems with the Sunni mostly because they actually use some human reasoning sometimes in political decisions over the "true word". Here's a chance for you to prove me wrong though, very simple task, for example our very own "Atheist Knowledge" thread; it's full of Christians, Catholics, Atheists and other Denominations poking barbs and fun at each other, even serious sometimes, but you know that we would all stand around a fire having a sausage and beer with each other civilly in real life - even continuing the barbs. Here's your simple task, go find a bunch of Muslims doing that to each other .... Here's some of my own examples, there's a Muslim lamb restaurant in Chengdu near me that cooks and sells bread and lamb skewers from a clay oven outside. I would grab 6 skewers and a round bread, about 300mm diameter, straight from the oven throw them together for the best lamb sandwich you've ever tasted in your life, about 2 times a week. Over the years I got friendly with the seller, big smiles and "hello!s" etc ... until the day he asked me my religion, holy smoke, if looks could kill, literally, when I said "none". Never served nor spoke to me again or would even look at me when I walked past. I read an active thread recently on Facebook where a bunch of Muslims were going off at the Australians over the "racist" cultural comments etc over that guy who shot dead a police services man and got killed himself in Sydney, I asked (politely) if any of the Muslims there would condemn the man over his actions - not one of those Muslims posted again. I also had a police tape of 105 Han Chinese being killed by Muslims by hand, rocks, pipes, bricks in Xing Jiang Province, leaves a lasting impression when you see a 20 year old girl dragged from her car and beaten to death by 5 guys - besides the others of course. There is a lot of bombings and stuff you guys don't know about in China by Muslims because the Western media wouldn't report it but especially lots of unarmed police get killed every year, especially in Xing Jiang. -
awww Don, nothing about eating your children, I'm disappointed.

Have you guys heard about Jurassic Park 5? Apprently due out late December, here's an action still from the movie showing 2 T-Rex's fighting it out to death in a woodshop with a running sawblade, apparently lots of blood and gore assured!

Just read; "Thank God my wife is still with me, she's just gone through breast cancer ..." Well who the geebeezers gave her "breast cancer"?

How on Earth did that end up costing us money defending it in the High Court? Sure, he now has to pay costs, but he won't.

What are you, a bloody BMW salesman? Firstly Google "X5 rear tyre wear" and then tell me that's the vehicle you want to be in as a rock goes through the diff on the Barkly Hwy just as you cross the NT/Qld border .... oh it's ok, we'll just order the parts from "Spartanburg USA". This is Australia Hans. What a load of crap, you haven't ridden in anything post 1970 obviously. This year I have done long trips in a 2012 V8 Cruiser (to the Gobi desert and back no less) and a 2010 Pajero down to New England and back to Brissy (last week), uber comfort. I had a Hyundai Tucson old shitebox as a daily for a bit too last year. You forgot to add the Motel bills; Any country town has them new and used, that's the point regardless of cost being higher or lower. Bye bye.

Send me your address and I'll send you a hammer free of charge so you can belt your feet with it, in the long run it will be less painful. Absolute pieces of crap, oh but you guys who have successfully owned one, or a Jeep, please chime in and tell us the awesome run you've had, but what about the other half who have owned them. There's this new fangled thing called the Internet, get on it for 10 minutes and find out all the info you need on any vehicle you think of, Google something like "Land Rover problems". Can't believe the people who buy VWs, Fiats, Jeeps, Renaults, Land Rovers etc without 10 simple minutes of searching on the internet for the horror stories. Nev's got the best idea, Falcon wagon on gas, cheap and if it stops who cares, get it fixed for next to nothing anywhere in Australia. Holdens, Falcons and Land Cruisers/Prados/HiLux with mentions for Pajeros and Patrols are designed for Australia and damn hard to beat for towing a Caravan around Australia. There is no other realistic choice and a damn good and proven reason why these are the majority of vehicles you see 'outback'. Be realistic Marty, do a water pump or hit a 'roo halfway up West Australia - what vehicle do you want to be in when that happens?

Yup, it's a hard slog, had 6 in total and had to take 2 of them for the green needle, 2 got by cars, one I had to give away (that's the hardest of the lot) and one of old age. My sister just lost her 11 year old dog last week. As sad as it is, it's good life cycle education for Kids as they grow up.
-
Oh the irony Geoff, the irony.

"Jesus Christ! For a DOG?"

Firstly; FREE - and walk in off the street and be seen instantly. It's a case of when you hop in the chair and the Doc starts prodding as usual with his pick, well he just keeps going, the whole process took about 2 minutes and I was out of there in under 5 including a script for the antibiotics (a whole $5).

Yuh, real lucky, had the root abscess and nerve dug out without anaesthetic ..... came close to blacking out a couple of times. No need for that teaspoon of cement this month.
