Hustle culture is ingrained in us from a young age—it's in our schools, our workplaces, even our social circles. We’re taught that working nonstop is the only way to succeed, but it's a lie. To solve this, we need systemic change—employers offering real work-life balance, schools teaching the value of rest, and society rejecting the glorification of overwork.
