Looking for web mail account

Hello, I'm looking for a web based email account that can use my own domain, if anyone knows a company?

 

I've just signed up for an account with my domain name holder but it is very very basic.

 

Uses "Outlook web app" for access and has basically no text editing.

 

I want something that is preferably 100% web based.

Gmail and others can access that webmail account and send as if it was from that account - been a few years since I used that facility however. Hotmail does the same too I believe.
