Probably when Victoria gets it act into gear. The way we see it from up here is that NSW, SA and the Territory seem to be under control, but if the border is opened to them, what is to stop Victorians coming up here. They just seem to be a risk we don't need.

I am looking forward to when they can come, so my daughter can escape the cold of a Beechworth winter.
