Just shows the skill of the cosmetics departments of the film industry. Combined with the inexorable churning of the years passing us all by.....

 

Or maybe highlights the difference between film inages and reality

Long enough.

 

The lady is Linda Gray, who played Sue-Ellen Ewing in the soap opera Dallas.

She is 59, and she has had a lot of major alcohol and drug issues that are obviously showing up now.

None of us look as good as we did in our 20's and 30's, and women seem to suffer worse from ageing, than many men do. Regardless, they still nearly always manage to outlive us.
