What’s in a name?

The nurse who apparently died in floodwaters this week was ‘ trapped in her Holden Captiva'. An unusual name for a car anyway.

As bad as the Holden Volt,  that has to run the IC motor to keep it going !.

Now they all are to be recalled because  people forget to switch them off, making the ' auto start IC motor ' kick in to recharge the battery.

Without anyome to being aware it is running.

Lots of English names have a meaning, some lost in time !.

Especially as the spelling changed with the new letters in the alphabet.

Like the inverted V, for an A.

Now we oldies are expected to learn the new alphabet with,  Rectangles,  Circles , Triangles. & more. On our entertainment gear.
