Should I increase my Brown Kelp diet .

I use to eat '' N Z green lip muscles '' but my hair is still White . so that didn't help .

But Chocolate ice-cream makes my beard darker ! . LoL

Grecian 2000 will be OK for your hair and beard. If you're eating NZ green Lip Muscles you've kept them too long and it's probably illegal. .Use the kelp in your Veggie garden and it will put IODINE into  the soil  Nev.
