With a speed of 400 mph, over 100 to 150 miles, wind effects would not push the V1 way off target, especially when the target was not a specific site, but a whole urban area. The idea of the V1 was terror, not precision targetting.

They made  candle powered Putt Putt little boats that used a similar theory when I was small but it was steam that it used. .  Wonder what that one sounds like? Think the dyna Jet would have a higher efflux speed and run hotter ='s more efficiency.  Nev
