Of course, the troopers did pull him up, and have a little chat to him about "a number of traffic violations" - but they let him go with a warning, provided he left the city and went back home with the bull!

I can't believe he didn't get done for animal cruelty - as you would here. Did you see that short rope around his muzzle, where he was tied to the front of the car? That bloke shouldn't be allowed to own animals.

 

Is the SPCA in the States as gutless as it appears to be?

A report this morning that police in the US shot and killed the mother of two young boys, and her unborn daughter, for shoplifting. Yes, she was driving off and didnt stop, but the cops knew what car she was in, they could have followed her or followed up at her address later. Co-incidently she was coffee-coloured.
