Is not undergoing a sex change to match your mental identity a bit like changing your foot to fit the shoe?

I'm not as slim as I might be, but I have come down to a size 3XL. That means I need pants with a 112 cm waist, which is size 42. But the clothes in K-Mart and Big W, and to an extent at Lowes only go to size 40, which makes buying jeans pretty hard.

But that's not the point of this random thought. There are a lot of women of all ages who are a couple of pick handles across the beam. Where do they get their underwear? None of them are Elle MacPherson, more like Hell! MacPherson.

SWMBO is a pretty big girl and she always complains about the lack of clothing in her size. She takes a size 10 shoe and that's nearly impossible to acquire a lot of the time, in womans footwear.

She married Ron Weasly (the red headed one). They had a daughter, Rose, who also went to Hogwarts.

Harry Potter married Ginny, Ron Weasly's sister.

Don't know much about it .  Was she nice or just the Booby prize?   Nev

She is both nice and comes with a booby prize, rather than a booby trap

I was looking at an abrasion on the leg and started thinking about the old Rawleigh's Salve we always had when I was younger. For man and beast it was, or so they said. It's not so easy to find these days. It seems to be manufactured in NZ and can be bought online from Rawleighs in Sydney or you can track down a local distributor if there's any.

They have the salve in the yellow tin which is the one I remember, and also Rawleigh's Ointment in a blue tin. I looked it up and I didn't know Rawleighs was American; I'd always assumed it was of Australian origin.

The reason Politicians try so hard to get re-elected is that they would hate to have to make a living under the laws they have passed.

Random thought for today....

If every elected member of parliament was required (just once) to fill out all the forms invoked by the bureaucrats working in their portfolio, the world would soon be a better place.

Top Gun: Maverick was on TV last night. Every bit as corny as the original, but some good aircraft and flying scenes. There's a bit of F-35 and Super Hornet carrier action as well as an F-14 Tomcat, P-51D Mustang, E-2 Hawkeye and a Mi-24 attack helicopter. I think the two Sukhoi Su-57 fighters were CGI, I would guess overlaid on real Super Hornets flying.

Yes I'll watch that again sometime. At least this time Tom was actually in a real plane, in the original every cockpit scene with his face in it was in the studio.

Not only are cars not produced in Australia any more, neither are car commercials. Why do so many feature left hand drive vehicles?

The government has missed a super large opportunity.

While covid was locking  ninety % of drivers off the road .

WE could now be driving on the " WRONG "  side of the road .

I reckon buying a house is the most stressful experience.

Dealing with realtors who are little on details, and either pushing constantly or never returning calls.
then pricing. may as well use a dartboard, the listed price has little to do with the expected price (add 20k as a starting point is my rule of thumb) this has to be the only industry where the advertised price isn't the purchase price - I vote if you want to go highest offer then do an auction

add in a building inspection - that finds several faults,

renegotiating a price with the seller to hopefully cover costs, for what a best guess is at repairs.

and now finance, with the bank looking through past records with a comb and questioning anything that doesn't fit with the estimated budget for living costs submitted.

I just hope the finance goes through..... I don't want to do this process again

According to most of the World, WE are driving on the wrong side of the road.

You get the Millstone around your neck IF you put "stumbling Blocks in front of little children'  . Nev
