spacesailor Posted December 1 Posted December 1 " $2,000,000. " That's cheaper than a llifetime of renting ! . Then finding your pension is less than your rent . spacesailor 1
facthunter Posted December 1 Posted December 1 Geez Louise, that's depressing. Share or go bush. Hit the road in a cheap caravan. Go to a Country where things are better. . Nev 1
spacesailor Posted December 1 Posted December 1 Night worker's are hard at it to night. I wonder what daybreak will bring . we were promised a roundabout a few years ago . Perhaps they didn't forget us after all. spacesailor
facthunter Posted December 2 Posted December 2 Then you will get Centripetal accidents in a roundabout way. Nev 1
willedoo Posted December 2 Posted December 2 Where I live the traffic is getting to the stage where they're putting traffic lights at roundabouts or getting rid of them and installing normal traffic light intersections. It's only happening on the really bad roundabouts, there's thousands of small ones that still work ok. 1
willedoo Posted December 2 Posted December 2 With the roundabouts with traffic lights, the lights are only in use at peak traffic times. The rest of the time the roundabout functions as normal. 1
facthunter Posted December 2 Posted December 2 Roundabouts intimidate a lot of people. and are not safe for motorcycles with a lot of other cars around. Neither is stopping to make a right turn. Sometimes even stopping at a red light is not safe. Nev 1
spacesailor Posted December 2 Posted December 2 no magic ! . After all. They have forgotten us. I can't see what they were there for . Maybe repainted the white lines . Disappointed. spacesailor 1
spacesailor Posted December 2 Posted December 2 Now they have taken the " service road for " bicyclist . That's the upgrade for motorist in this region. It doesn't matter how bad it is , for the motorist getting into the traffic flow . Just paint cycle paths were the cars should be going . no seat belts , no helmets , no road- worthy tests nor insurance for bicycles trailers, with passengers. spacesailor
facthunter Posted December 2 Posted December 2 This has something to do with a Housing shortage? And I've run out of anti depressants, space. Nev 1

facthunter Posted December 2 Posted December 2 I think we have to be careful. I don't know IF He would cope with being happy... I'm more worried about what it's doing to me. I thought I was a survivor. Nev 1 1
onetrack Posted December 3 Posted December 3 We're all survivors, Nev. I've outlived a lot of people I knew, worked for, worked with, and associated with, that I thought would've lived a lot longer. 1
facthunter Posted December 3 Posted December 3 My PAPER address book is full of deceased friends. It's NOT easy. Nev 1
