Indigenous Sovereignty Demands

In many parts of NT and more remote WA (esp aboriginal communities), the fuel bowsers are enclosed in locked weldmesh cages. To buy fuel you must talk to the attendant who is also behind a wire screen, and ask him nicely to come out and unlock the cage to dispense your fuel.

Not a process that city folk are accustomed to.

The pre-pay bowsers have a dollar amount that you select, this dollar amount is taken as a "holding charge" against your credit card, but when the tank is filled, the dollar amount actually taken is recorded, and the holding charge on your CC disappears after a day, to be replaced by the exact amount of fuel purchased. Costco operate on this basis all over Australia, they do not handle any cash.

Isn't that smoke hazing a money thing also .

At the Burramatta River boat ramp , the religious nuts .

Sink adults , hope the victims don't get serious illnesses

From their baptism.

It would be a shame , to be welcomed to a mob & then die .
