onetrack Posted July 13 Posted July 13 There goes one bloke with major mental health problems. Disfiguring your own body or self-mutilation as it commonly known, is indicative of serious psychological damage to your brain. He won't live a long life, nor a happy one. Members of outlaw motorcycle gangs are well known for this kind of self-mutilation behaviour, and it often goes hand in hand with criminal activity, ADHD, and autism spectrum sufferers. They suffer from low self-esteem. 1
facthunter Posted July 13 Posted July 13 A lot of Vietnam Vets ride and look like that. Many tribes treat body adornment with how we wear clothes. It doesn't bother ME at all although I would never do it myself. Maybe they get more SEX. Nev 1
Marty_d Posted July 13 Posted July 13 Symptom of a healthy society. Bet there aren't many tattoos in North Korea or China. End of the day, if it doesn't hurt anyone else, everyone should be allowed to have their lifestyle choices. 1 1
spacesailor Posted July 13 Posted July 13 Hurt anybody ! . Could give me & others a " heart attack " . spacesailor 1 1
Bruce Tuncks Posted August 3 Posted August 3 I don't disagree that "it is a lifestyle choice" But I sure don't want to pay for it. So, tatoos should be exempt from anything like a taxpayer-funded subsidy, and this includes the dole payments to those who can therefore "afford" tatoos. 1
nomadpete Posted August 3 Posted August 3 Life was great ..... until I met my two good amigos... nicotine and alkay hol ! 1
onetrack Posted August 4 Posted August 4 They were written as Nick O'Teen, and Al K. Hole, when I was young. Fortunately, I had no inclination to indulge in either, and never have. Both of them seriously affect the length of your lifespan.
spacesailor Posted August 4 Posted August 4 OOPS . That's a bad one for me ! . ( booze & cigarettes ( plus motorbikes )) . I'll try anything. even flying . I just don't get, to keep doing the good things in life . spacesailor 1
onetrack Posted August 4 Posted August 4 You boozed, smoked like a chimney, rode motorbikes like a madman, and even flew flimsy light aircraft, Spacey?? How did you ever get to 82, do you have a dozen guardian angels?? 😛 1
spacesailor Posted August 4 Posted August 4 I died sometime between 4 & 6 years old . SO I'm on my second life . Great having a second go at life, I'll miss it when it's gone. LoL Really enjoying this time around . spacesailor 2

spacesailor Posted August 4 Posted August 4 Bit late . You should have told me all those years ago, that I don't know what I did to upset God ! . But he knows . He'll get me inthe end , I suspect. spacesailor 1
facthunter Posted August 4 Posted August 4 He has a GUILT edged sword. . Original SIN. Eating apples was the problem and Eve was the temptress. Nev
spacesailor Posted August 4 Posted August 4 (edited) What about " Lilliath " Adams first wife , was it not she who bit the apple . Then Lilliath became more like Adam. spacesailor Edited August 4 by spacesailor AI changed a word 1
facthunter Posted August 4 Posted August 4 WHO was there to record it?. One of the brothers, Grim? Nev 2
nomadpete Posted August 4 Posted August 4 1 hour ago, spacesailor said: What about " Lilliath " Adams first wife , was it not she who bit the apple . Then Lilliath became more like Adam. spacesailor Yeah, the story goes that Eve was the temptress. To me that sounds like she was dogs revenge on Adam for whingeing about Lillian, his chosen mate. 1
nomadpete Posted August 4 Posted August 4 (edited) Lillith, like most ex wives, was portrayed as being an evil witch. And her story was erased. Adam wanted a more subservient girl, but look what he (and subsequently, we) ended up with! There was no story about Lillith tempting Adam into the 'original sin', was there? We are talking about REDICULOUS stuff, aren't we? Edited August 4 by nomadpete 1 1
