jetjr Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 Ive watched one take a smallish kangaroo on the run - way more pointy sharp bits there than on a goose.
facthunter Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 Wedgetails seem to be making a consistent comeback In Victoria. A good sign, but watch out for them In light aircraft .They fly at all the heights we use. Nev
pmccarthy Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 They were attacking a spray chopper here a couple of weeks ago, pilot was quite worried. Patersons curse got a slight reprieve.

Robbo Posted December 26, 2016 Posted December 26, 2016 This has gotta be up there ! A MASSIVE Australian fur seal is on its way back to the wild after running amok in suburban Launceston. Tasmania Police issued a statement confirming the big troublemaker had been collected from Pnequite Road in Newstead by Parks and Wildlife officers. After a medical check-up he will be released. Dubbed “Mr Lou-Seal” the animal made its way into the suburb of Newstead earlier today, sitting on cars causing thousands of dollars of damage and nonchalantly lumbering through the leafy streets. The seals can weight up to 300kg and police warned locals to keep their distance. After spending the morning spooking the natives, the seal was cordoned off while sleeping on Penquite Rd. http://www.heraldsun.com.au/news/national/tasmanian-police-are-hunting-down-a-seal-in-the-launceston-suburb-of-newstead/news-story/fa96c1a883e23c14c8b9c8fd9363c67b
facthunter Posted December 26, 2016 Posted December 26, 2016 I now have a small fox added itself to the fauna. 1/2 size it walks around like it owns the place. Nev

Marty_d Posted February 21, 2017 Posted February 21, 2017 Yellow-tailed black cockatoos paid another visit to our banksia trees this morning - messy buggers. They're like the rock stars of the bird world, put on a display then trash their hotel room.

spacesailor Posted March 1, 2017 Posted March 1, 2017 ozbear Is it proven the bird's attacking your sheep!. In NZ they shot the sheet out of the "KEA" parrot. It ended up that the birds were eating the After-birth from the ewe's/lamb's. Even made a new handgun called the Keagun, (sawnoff 410 shotgun made into a handgun, that was legal). Ps I did recognize the flag. spacesailor
