Chump is now extorting Harvard, by witholding funding unless it curbs political discourse. Columbia University already relented, but Harvard is standing firm at the moment.

Chump is also curtailing the first amendment by trying to cut out publoc consutlation on laws.

1930s coming back now.

Gavin Newsom, the California Governor, has launched a lawsuit on behalf of the Californian State against the Trump administration, claiming Trump has exceeded his executive powers in applying tariffs, and claiming that the Trump tariffs are going to destroy the Californian economy and the American economy.

In California's lawsuit, Mr Newsom and California Attorney-General Rob Bonta - who are both Democrats - asked a judge to bar the Department of Homeland Security and Customs and Border Protection from enforcing the tariffs.

The United States has gone in a matter of weeks "from free capitalism to crony capitalism, just like that." Mr Newsom said.

"This is the personification of corruption...this is smash-mouth, in-your-face, every minute of every day, every hour.

"How in the hell are we sitting by and allowing this to happen?"

He's demanding that CBS has it broadcast licence revoked because they played two reports, one featuring Xi Jinping and one featuring Zylenskyy, which were "fake news" and defamed him. He has a previous request still pending, because before the election, they broadcast a recording of a Harris interview in which her answers were edited to denigrate him and promote her.

George Clooney believes Maryland Governor Wes Moore is a 'proper leader' who he sees as the next Democrat standard-bearer after he led the movement to push Joe Biden out in 2024.

The actor, a longtime Democrat supporter and fundraiser, wrote an op-ed in the New York Times July 10 of last year titled 'I Love Joe Biden. But We Need a New Nominee.'

Clooney, who in June last year raised $30million at a fundraiser for Biden's 2024 campaign, is largely credited as being the nail in the coffin to Biden dropping his re-election bid.

As part of the promotion for his new Broadway staging of Good Night and Good Luck, CNN asked the Oscar-winner who he thought should lead the Democrats going forward.

'There's one person in particular I think is spectacular,' he said, before singling out Maryland Governor Moore, who he says is 'levitating above' the rest.

'I think he is a guy that handled this tragedy in Baltimore beautifully. He's two tours of active duty in Afghanistan. He speaks sort of beautifully, he's smart. He's a proper leader.'

Clooney is referring to Baltimore's Key Bridge collapse in early 2024 which killed six maintenance workers.

'I like him a lot, I think he's someone we could all fall in behind,' Clooney added.

There's a couple of good articles in the links below. Trump fully expected China to kow-tow to his tariffs, the only thing that has happened is China is becoming more assertive, looking for ways to improve their products to a superior level - and mocking Americans for letting their global corporations rip them off.

After all, the greatest level of wealth accumulation in America in recent times, has been American companies making massive profits from sourcing or manufacturing in China.

The Chinese are fully aware of how their low-cost goods are highly priced in America.

They really dropped the fashion handbag business in the poo, posting about how they fully source and manufacture the bags for around $1380 for a high end one, then they ship to Italy where the label is applied, sold for $38k USD to overly wealthy chicks. It’s no wonder the knockoffs are so close, they are from the same place only priced correctly.

Marco Rubio said after his meeting with the Europeans that if Russia and Ukraine are so far apart that a negotiated end to the war seems impossible then Trump will probably decide to move on because he has more important things to deal with. He suggested this would decided in a matter of days, not weeks. It doesn’t look good for Ukraine.

Donald Trump reportedly blocked Elon Musk from attending a top secret government meeting on China after the billionaire annoyed White House officials.

Two top Pentagon officials, Dan Caldwell and Darin Selnick, were suspended by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth following an investigation into who leaked the news of the briefing on China to Musk.

According to Axios, Hegseth did not just choose to call off the meeting after the leak, but the US President himself ordered staffers to kill it.

Trump reportedly launched into a furious rant when he heard of the Tesla CEO's planned attendance, telling staff: 'What the f**k is Elon doing there? Make sure he doesn't go,' according to a top official.

The president was reportedly angry that Musk was being given the briefing because the SpaceX founder has billions of dollars of business interests in China.

It comes after it was revealed that Musk's constant presence at the White House, his bizarre social media posts, and his brazen movements within his Department of Government Efficiency role has angered several administration officials.

Though Trump has previously praised Musk and welcomed his involvement in government matters, this time, officials say the tech mogul's extensive business ties to China crossed a line.

Trump had also pledged that Musk, in his role as head of DOGE, would not be involved in any areas where he could have conflicts of interest.

He's a very big bloke, that is immediately obvious from any photo or video - but he also uses his height and weight to intimidate, as numerous domineering large men do. I have no doubt he's well over 6 feet.

Using the NYPD figures, which are more likely to be correct, Trump's BMI is 41 (obese), but that is obvious just by looking at him.

However, let me reiterate that BMI is a population statistic. In other words, it is a figure reached by taking measurements from a sample of people. It is not a diagnostic tool.

I would also say that Trump is most likely to suffer from sleep aponia due to obesity and age. Those of us who suffer from sleep aponia know the effects of it on mental acuity and general vitality, it it is not helped by things like CPAP usage.
