facthunter Posted January 8 Posted January 8 Intelligence is the ability to adapt new information to situations. Speed reading the above might be a different skill. Making it up is one step higher. Very Clever. Nev. 2
onetrack Posted January 8 Posted January 8 My very first thought about that electrical box with the circuit breakers, is that it's in Nigeria, and fully approved by the local witchdoctor. 1
spacesailor Posted January 8 Posted January 8 Why !. I've had to replace all my " wire " fuse's with " Bunnings " circuit breakers. Horrible job , standing in the rain rewiring the fuses. ( in Australia ) . Next job , cut a board for the electrical distribution board . ( or is cutting board. an electrical trade secret ). spacesailor 1
Marty_d Posted January 8 Posted January 8 Space, I'm quite worried about you fiddling with the switchboard yourself. I don't mind hooking up the occasional power point but I wouldn't go near the switchboard. Still interested in WHY no sparky will work on your place. 2 1

Jerry_Atrick Posted January 8 Posted January 8 To be fair, it is more likely something I would do, except I would look to use fireproof material in case the sparks set fire to the brace. 1 1

Jerry_Atrick Posted January 8 Posted January 8 I need to go to specsavers.. for some reason, I though it was the George of the jungle 2 actor.. who has been promptly forgotten... 1
facthunter Posted January 8 Posted January 8 The difference between a "HAS BEEN" and a "NEVER WAS"? Nev 1
ClintonB Posted January 9 Posted January 9 That later photo might have been after filming "the whale" he had to gain a lot of weight for the role. That cant be good for you building up and crashing like that for work. Hard enough when it happens naturally (the building up) to deal with. 1
Marty_d Posted January 10 Posted January 10 I don't know that it was just for that. Apparently he wore a fat suit in The Whale anyway. He got out of movies for quite a while and I think there were some things going on in his life, not sure if the weight gain was a symptom or a cause. He's been in a few movies recently, and he seems to be around that weight. 1 1
facthunter Posted January 10 Posted January 10 Not the first time you've run that one. I know you are just testing us. Nev 1
