Jerry_Atrick Posted March 9 Posted March 9 (edited) "I like big butts and I cannot lie" Is the second line, "When I embark on them, they make me fly"? Edited March 9 by Jerry_Atrick

willedoo Posted March 10 Posted March 10 This is not a silly picture, just one of those confusing perspective photos. I can normally flip the left brain/right brain view within 30 seconds or so to see the alternate perception. This one had me stuck on seeing a weird pig like animal for almost a couple of minutes before I saw the photo as it really is. 1
Jerry_Atrick Posted March 10 Posted March 10 Even when I worked it out the brain was flipping it back 4

With a lot of those confusing perspective photos, once you see the correct version, you are usually ok from there on. But this one's tricky. My brain finds it hard to stay on the dog; it keeps flipping back to the pig. 1
spacesailor Posted March 10 Posted March 10 Pig ? . What pig . Thar's a " pig dog '' . Used for hunting feral pigs . They ' are ' ugly . spacesailor 1

willedoo Posted March 12 Posted March 12 I can't turn my monitor around to step back from it to see Marilyn Monroe, so I downloaded it. I can see Marilyn in the thumbnail in a folder, but when I open the photo it's Einstein. In an image viewer, I have to zoom right out to see Marilyn. 4
Marty_d Posted March 12 Posted March 12 Einstein looks a bit feminine. I think they've combined two images there. 1 1
red750 Posted March 15 Posted March 15 This photo has been getting a lot of attention lately. Look at it turned upside down. Another one in similar vein : - X35 55V 2

Once again an idea coming from the Land of the Free and the Right to Free Speech, is causing a lot of problems in the workplace. Just consider what is being said in this video:
octave Posted March 16 Posted March 16 What a BS video. On what basis is the claim that "most men steer clear of female co-workers made" Are there statistics? Most of my working life has been working with younger folks the majority of them female. At no time did anyone ever complain about me. Perhaps I am just more socially competent. I also taught a majority of young females, teenage and adult women. Again in 30 years not a complaint. The video is very much men good women bad. The assertion that you can criticize men and it will be fine but not for women. Again not my experience of of my more recent workplaces. 1
old man emu Posted March 16 Posted March 16 Oh, Octave. You have led sheltered life. Nowadays if a female alleges that a male has said or done anything that could be taken to have a hint of harm done to a woman, the male is held to be guilty. 1 1

Do you have problems in your relations with women? Perhaps by sheltered life you mean working with intelligent professionals. You seem to have a low opinion of women., 1
facthunter Posted March 16 Posted March 16 OME . Most women don't report these things because they KNOW they have little chance of achieving any satisfactory outcome for themselves and will be slut shamed in the process. Nev. 1 1
nomadpete Posted March 16 Posted March 16 (edited) Octave, just try making a complaint against a woman (for any reason). I share the view that you have been very fortunate to mix/work amongst the nice people. Bad behaviour is not decided by gender, but bias sometimes is. That broad statement works across the spectrum. This is one case where statistics are often skewed. My personal experience has confirmed this. Edited March 16 by nomadpete
