SO !.

You use the toilet,  then the ' toilet-paper , then wash your hands under that " toilet-tap "  .

Saves a step or two to the ' other sink ' .

Do you mean... like this?

The handbasin over the cistern?

put one in the workshop to save space and water. Bloody expensive compared to a normal cistern though around $1600 all up on trade price

Not sure about that.

If they were selling actual cans of soda with that logo/colour scheme,  even as it is there with the spelling mistake,  they'd be in the shit.

But no one buying this product is ever going to think they are buying soda, so it's like a t shirt  or something  - free advertising for Coke.

The only issue is using the name without permission.

Note the subtle change to the logo.

People don't see that subtlety until it is pointed out to you. When we see signs or words, we interpret them based on previous experience, and mostly often only utilise major features. So, if you make a thing that looks like a Coke can in shape and colour and use the same font for the letters, you only have to change the spelling slightly to possibly avoid a breach of copyright.

I don't see Coca-Cola bothering to sue the manufacturer of the disguise on the basis that the disguise does not contain a carbonated cola drink. They might go the manufacturer for steali intellectual property - colour and font matters.
