Those funny sayings are changed regularly, so the letters are removeable. These signs are popular on YouTube, and over teh weekeknd I noticed a few in Canberra.

 

(And they weren't political party signs for their elections alst weekend)

They are like the signs outside many churches which chane every week or so with a different message. The owner buys a kit of letters which can be changed easily.

I know that another word for 'apathetic' is laxative.
