Have put my PC on "Metered connection" but no difference.

 

Also, Win+R:GPedit. msc.: all to no avail, Win has the free,Win10 under their thumb.

My wife has Volunteered our-selves to baby-sit two of our Grandkids, She 16 & a bit He 5 and abit they fight likes cats & dogs, He just turns her on, no problem.

 

Any member's like to give ONE of them a Joy-flight, Just drop them off when passing over head.LoL
