Phil Perry Posted July 21, 2017 Posted July 21, 2017 Operation Overlord, 6th June 1944. Canadian troops of the North Shore (New Brunswick) Regiment, 8th Canadian Infantry Brigade, 3rd Canadian Infantry Division, disembark from an LCA (Landing Craft Assault) onto Nan Red beach, Juno area, near St Aubin-sur-Mer, at about 8.00am on 6 June 1944, while under fire from German troops in the houses facing them. spacesailor Posted July 22, 2017 Posted July 22, 2017 Went to the pics & saw "Dunkirk" pretty good movie, but, No-one talks about all the railway worker's they shipped over to France, then left them to be shot as spies by the germans. Which brings up another one. With Ian's permission. And Geoff Raebel""s permission. spacesailor Geoff RaebelBook.txt Geoff RaebelBook.txt
