No wind tonight, . . Gas & nuclear & bio being insufficient to meet demand so UK power depending upon on coal (8GW) pumped storage (2GW) and imports (French Nuclear)

In a Nuclear winter.

 

After a "Near Earth Objects" landed expectantly causing a dust-up. (NEO Earth Close Approaches)

 

Most of what you use now will be buried under a few feet of snow, blocking,sea,rail, & roads.

 

And that's the problem with anything that has to be FED. Like the three top dials that show the most usage.

There's always an alternative.

 

A big Off-grid village in Mexico.

 

No electricity No gas, self sufficient in growing their own food. But not for me, I like going to the shops.

 

Just need to be Non-reliant on the grid, so when THEY switch us off, Our Fridge/Freezer's keep running.
