Reminds me of the advice of "The Specialist"

He was a country carpenter who specialised in outhouses. His advice regarding situating the outhouse was to place it near the woodpile. That way if the Lady of the House was making her way to the outhouse and there were workers about, she would abandon the trip to the loo and make it look like she had come out to get some wood for the stove.

My wife vaguely remembered it as being funny when she watched it with her dad many years ago.  So she made me sit through it and we both kind of thought "what the?"

A lot of it becomes "dated". Some of it was ground-breaking at the time but is now Ho Hum and wtf was THAT all about?

 No 96 and Dons Party come to mind.  Are You Being Served? stands a bit above a lot of it. Or maybe it doesn't. We"ve moved on a bit (I hope).  Nev
