Think critically. 2. If a scientific theory has undergone rigorous testing and peer review, it's probably right and can be trusted until further discoveries prove it to be wrong. This is how it's supposed to work. 3. Nothing's more important than your health and the health of those you love. Including mental health. 4. If something seems too good to be true, it most likely is not true. This applies to everything from Nigerian princes trying to hide their millions in your bank account, to any religion that tells you belief in something will give you eternal life. 5. Don't be a c*nt. 6. Don't hurt the planet more than you have to. 7. Always question the motivation of the rich, powerful and politicians. 8. Be nice except where being nice will hurt you or those you love. 9. Rules are for the adherence of fools and the guidance of wise people.
