On Youtube there's a lot of street interviews of Trump supporters and like good little cult members, they love whatever their orange god loves. Support for putler is high among Donald's devotees. Whatever happened to the paranoid terror posed by 'reds under the bed', that served USofA for so many years? The commies are our best buddies now? 1

The commies are our best buddies now? It sounds like putins propaganda machine and his army of paid on-line trolls are starting to get a foothold in the US. That's his plan, to subvert US politics and get his orange mate reinstalled as president. Trump has said he will cease all aid to Ukraine if elected, meaning putin wins. It's the only real ace putin has left up his sleeve.

But I did find some interesting insights into social media ownerships and possible influences/connections, in the Wiki article I mentioned.
red750 Posted June 1 Posted June 1 On Friday afternoon, the Kansas City Chiefs visited Joe Biden at the White House to celebrate their Super Bowl LVIII victory over the San Francisco 49ers. As part of the festivities, Biden gave a speech to the players to congratulate them on their accomplishments, but he also didn’t waste the opportunity to call out his political opponent, Donald Trump. In his speech, Biden made it clear that just like the Chiefs, he wants to win “back-to-back” – meaning back-to-back presidential elections against Donald Trump. “Welcome back. Welcome back to the White House. Super Bowl LVIII champions. The Kansas City Chiefs,” Biden said according to Pro Football Talk. “The first team in 20 years to win back-to-back. Winning back-to-back. I kind of like that.” Biden is obviously referring to the upcoming election, and his comments led to a lot of reactions on social media.
willedoo Posted June 1 Posted June 1 Presidents and presidential candidates are subject to a lot of social media criticism but also false smear campaigns. One of the more benign things is video clips edited to remove important original context. On the other end of the scale is outright BS. John McCain was subject to a lot of BS regarding his prior military service when he was running for president. One was that he was a collaborator during his stay in the Hanoi Hilton. Another was that it was him who caused the 1967 Forrestal fire. That's been debunked by people who were there and saw the rocket launch from one of the Phantoms on deck. McCain and his Skyhawk were on deck but had nothing to do with causing the fire. Another slur was that he was a reverse ace. He did lose five aircraft during his Navy career, but not all were his fault. Certainly the last one where he was shot down had nothing to do with pilot error and no way can go toward reverse ace status. I'd have to check but I seem to remember another loss or two were due to mechanical failure and not the pilot's fault. Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden both copped a lot of the same sort of treatment during their presidential campaigns. 1
old man emu Posted June 2 Posted June 2 In the 1940 Marx Brothers movie "Go West", Groucho rearranges a well-known adage to "Time wounds all heels". It now seems that Time is wounding Trump. Back at the time Trump was making "The Apprentice" members of the production staff were required to enter into a non-disclosure agreement to keep stuum about all things observed while working on the programme. As great as Trump thinks he is, he's no Nostradamus, so the non-disclosure agreements had a life of twenty years, and the twenty years is up. Here is a report of an article written by one of the programme's producers which adds paint and form to the portrait of Trump. More and more we see Trump as the realisation of Oscar Wilde's "Portrait of Dorian Gray", except for Dorian it was his physical beauty he wished to be eternal. 1

old man emu Posted June 2 Posted June 2 Hillary really burned Trump when she was making a speech on the day the verdict came in. Nothing nasty. Not even a mention of his name. Just four plain and simple words : "Did anything happen today? The audience roared in appreciation of the wit and subtlety.
red750 Posted June 3 Posted June 3 Trump has something negative to say about everybody.....except himself.

red750 Posted June 3 Posted June 3 Stormy Daniels offers word of advice to Melania Trump after hush money trial verdict. Stormy Daniels has offered a word of advice to Melania Trump after her husband Donald Trump was convicted of all charges in his New York hush money trial last week. The presumptive Republican presidential nominee was found guilty on Thursday on 34 counts of falsifying business records to hide a $130,000 payment made to porn star Ms Daniels – as part of an election conspiracy to kill stories of alleged affairs that threatened to derail his 2016 presidential campaign. In the historic trial, the adult film star delivered blockbuster testimony about their alleged sexual encounter in 2006 and the subsequent hush money payment made to her in October 2016. Following the verdict, Daniels has now spoken out to advise Melania to leave her husband over the scandal. “I don’t know what their agreement may or may not be, but Melania needs to leave him,” Ms Daniels told The Sunday Mirror. “Not because of what he did with me or other women but because he is a convicted felon. “It’s been proven he is abusive; he was found liable for sexual assault and tax fraud and is now a criminal. He’s neither Teflon Don nor Teflon Con anymore.” In the same interview, Ms Daniels suggested Mr Trump “should be sentenced to jail and some community service working for the less fortunate, or being the volunteer punching bag at a women’s shelter” following his criminal conviction. Neither Melania nor Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump attended the trial at Manhattan Criminal Court to support him. Their absence was especially obvious given other family members and a number of grandstanding Republican surrogates all put in appearanaces and railed against the alleged “injustice” of it all on his behalf. Despite her physical absence, Melania’s name did crop up in courtroom testimony, notably when star witness Michael Cohen recalled asking Trump how news of an alleged affair would be received by his wife. Melania had given birth to son Barron Trump just four months before Ms Daniels’ alleged sexual encounter with Trump. “Don’t worry,” Cohen told the court his former employer answered. “How long do you think I will be on the market for? Not long.” Daniels, a mother of one, said she did not blame the women for failing to show up to support Trump, commenting: “I would not want to expose my children to that dangerous environment. “And Melania and Ivanka are both parents, their [SIC] mothers who have younger children, and that would be my reason. 1 1
old man emu Posted June 5 Posted June 5 You don't kick a man when he's down. I've just noticed some videos which put forward the story the the Trump fortune was based on brothel ownership by Don's grandfather, Frederich. At one stage during the Yukon gold rush, Old Fred was a partner in a saloon/restaurant/ horizontal relaxation room establishment. Since he had been involved in the hotel/restaurant business in Seattle before the start of the gold rush, it would not be unusual for him to have moved up the Alaska when the rush began. Many people around the world made their fortunes by providing food and equipment to miners during the various gold rushes. Anyway, Fred left the Yukon after a couple of years and bought and ran a small hotel in New York. But he died in the Spanish Flu pandemic, leaving his wife and son, Fred the Second (Donny's father) who branched out into building houses and property development, building up the property portfolio that Donny took over. I suspect that you are going to come across some of the videos that sensationalise Old Fred's Yukon years without telling the full story. This video tells the whole dynastic story in a way that does not lean on those early years. Ignore the ad at the beginning. Start at timestamp 1:31
Litespeed Posted June 5 Posted June 5 You first line is problematic dear OME... In Donnie's case, you certainly should kick him when his down. And keep kicking him into a prison cell. He's a rapist, a fraud, a insurrectionist, treasonous and if he wins would happily be a murderous dictator. He already has blood on his hands. 1 3
Jerry_Atrick Posted June 5 Posted June 5 And, yet he is adored by those that hold the bible so dear - and therefore, presumably representative of envangelical Christian values. 1 1
